About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Baker to join the Townsville West End team on a casual basis.

Experience is preferred, but not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate.   If you’re dependable, have a positive attitude, and can work in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 3am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays.   Availability across those days and times is required, with flexibility for both early morning and early afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day

• Work closely with the Production Team to ensure Banjo’s high-quality standards are consistently achieved
• Communicate with the Sales Team to keep track of product levels
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence, with a positive attitude
• You take pride in your work
• Experience producing quality baked goods is desirable
• Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
• A team player, who loves a challenge
• Willingness to grow with us
