Banjo’s is currently looking for an experienced Production Manager and 2IC to join the Rasmussen team!

Leading the Production Team, you’ll be producing high quality, freshly baked goods as well as managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who takes pride in their work – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 1am and 5pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
• Ensure the Production Team achieves Banjo’s high-quality product standards

• Manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering
• Effectively communicate with the Sales Team
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work

• Experience producing quality baked goods
• Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
• A team player, who loves a challenge
• Experience managing and supporting a team
• Willingness to grow with us
• Certificate III in Baking or equivalent is desirable
