About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager to join the Cleveland team!

Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts starting as early as 5am, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Sales Team
• Opening and closing the Bakery
• Fast and friendly service
• Producing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
• Merchandising products
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work

• Experience in managing a team
• Confidence, with a positive attitude
• Experience in providing customer service
• Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
• A team player, who loves a challenge
• Willingness to grow with us
