We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to become part of the Banjo’s team at our Park Ridge store.

The Opportunity

• Be a Banjo’s expert baker – produce great tasting breads, pastries and sweets fresh every day.
• Ensure the baking team achieves Banjo’s high standards of product quality.

• Manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering.

• Be prepared to work across a range of shifts. Banjo’s stores operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
• Growth and development opportunities in a supportive work environment

About you

• You have a positive attitude and love working as part of a team
• You take pride in your craft, and have experience producing quality baked goods
• You are reliable, organised and a good communicator
• You love a challenge at work where not every day is the same
• You possess a Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent
• You have experience managing and supporting a team
• You are open to opportunities to grow your career
• You have a valid driver’s license
