Banjo’s Legana is keeping the baking tradition alive, with a modern twist! At Banjo’s we love making great tasting, fresh out of the oven food and most of all making our customers happy.

What we are looking for

We are currently seeking an Apprentice Baker, Baker, and Bakers Assistant to join the team at our Banjo’s Legana store.

Banjo’s stores operate 7 days a week. The successful candidate must be available for starts as early as 12am to 8am and must be available to work a variety of shifts across a seven-day roster. This includes working weekends and public holidays.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Producing great tasting breads, pastries and sweets
• Working with other Bakers to ensure a high standard of the product quality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure product is delivered on time to meet customer demands
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Maintain a high level of safety
• Supporting other team members and foster good working relationships 
• Undertaking a Trade Certificate (apprentice role)
