Banjo's, Australia's leading local bakery café, is seeking a highly motived and energetic individual to join our growing team as a Store Manager at our Townsville store.

This role focuses on training and developing the store’s team into customer service champions and operational experts.

This position involves all aspects of managing a team within the bakery. As store manager, you would be responsible for creating a productive and safe working environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Staff management including rostering, performance management and training.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.

• Producing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees.
• Ensuring store presentation is well presented and of a high standard.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain high quality standards.

• Provide regular performance reports and manage necessary documentation.

• Prior management experience.
• Barista experience highly recommended.
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
• Exemplary management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Successful team leading skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
