We are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to become part of the Banjo’s team at our Campbell Town store.

Banjo’s stores operate 7 days per week, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate should be willing to work across a variety of shifts between the hours of 5am and 7pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Fast and friendly service.
• Inspiring staff to achieve more through leading by example, consistency and communication.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with managing the Sales Team.
• Producing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees.
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work.

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence, with a positive attitude
• Experience in providing customer service
• Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
• A team player, who loves a challenge
• Experience in managing and leading a team is desirable
• Openness to growth opportunities
