Banjo’s Lenah Valley is keeping the baking tradition alive, with a modern twist! At Banjo’s we love making great tasting, fresh out of the oven food and most of all making our customers happy.

What we are looking for

We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join and lead our Baking Team at Banjo’s Lenah Valley.

The successful candidate must be available to work between the hours of 1am to 3pm and must be available to work a variety of shifts across a seven-day roster.

Weekend and public holiday work will be required.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Manage the Baking Team
• Producing great tasting breads, pastries and sweets
• Working with other Bakers to ensure a high standard of the product quality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure product is delivered on time to meet customer demands
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Maintain a high level of safety
• Supporting other team members and foster good working relationships 

About you:

• You will have a Trade Baking Certificate
• You will have sufficient experience managing staff
• You will have a positive attitude and love working as part of a team
• You love a challenge
• You are reliable, organised and a good communicator who can support other team members in a great team environment
